Day 1: Breaking Down the Federal Job Vacancy Announcement
*Identify three (3) sections needed to write your federal resume.Â
*Discuss the hiring paths used by the Federal government
*How to determine relevant vs irrelevant information to use in your resume
*Introduce the STAR Method
Day 2: Implementing the STAR Method
*Utilize a live Federal vacancy announcement at the particpant's choosing to develop resume content using the STAR Method
Day 2 will be very hands-on and tailored to each attendee's need.Â
