From June 21st - 24th, I’m hosting a 4‑day live, virtual leadership challenge designed to help high‑achieving black women reclaim their power.

Why This Challenge Matters

Here’s what I see happening with brilliant, high‑achieving black women:

That’s not a performance problem. It’s an identity problem.

This challenge is where we fix that.

What You’ll Experience Over 4 Days

Spend 1 hour each evening with me as we dig deep into who you are as a woman — and how that identity shapes the leader you are becoming.

Inside the challenge, you’ll learn how to:

• Lead with essence instead of burnout

• Identify your true leadership identity

• Clarify the boundaries you need as a woman leader

• Reconnect with your values and use them to guide your decisions

You’ll walk away with simple, repeatable frameworks you can use to navigate workplace challenges, strengthen your presence, and lead with clarity — every single day.
